Racal Motorsales Corporation was the first company that was established among the Racal Group within the motorcycle dealership. It was established in February 2010 with Muzon and Novaliches as its first branches. It was then followed by more branches and outlets in the areas of Bulacan, Quezon City, Cavite, Las Piñas, Pampanga, Tarlac, Cabanatuan, Urdaneta. More branches and outlets continue to open in Isabela and Tuguegarao. Right now, number of stores operating has reached aroud 130.
It was followed by Racal Vismin Corporation which started to establish its branches and outlets in October 2011. With its division office in Negros Oriental, it has continued to establish its branches in the provinces of Iloilo, Kalibo, Roxas, Negros Occidental, Mindoro, Bohol, Dipolog, Davao, Leyte and Cebu. More than 100 stores are now operating within the Vismin areas.
The last established division is the Racal South Motorsales Corporation which was established only last January 2012 with Silang as its base office and first branch. It was then followed by numerous outlets and by February of same year, other outlets of Cavite under Racal Motorsales were transferred to South for division purposes. As of date, the company has established its branches in the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Bicol Region. Las Pinas City is also part of its umbrella. We already have more than 100 stores operating at this time and more are lined up for opening.
What makes Racal motorcycles different from its competitors is that we manage the operation from import to assembly down to distribution to end-customers. This means that we cater each customers demand by improving our own production and servicing the best we can in order to satisfy them. Each design or model was based on customers’ preference. Problems with their units that we cannot avoid can be taken action immediately because we do not have to wait for parts and repairs by manufacturers abroad. We also make sure that each outlet is placed near our target markets and there are personnel, from sales to mechanics, who are always ready to assist them 7 days a week.
Racal motorcycles continue to improve each model according to the needs of our target market. As we expand to become bigger in scope by opening more branches and outlets, we also make sure that each quality is being improved in order to serve our customers better. We also conceptualize promotions that will help each middle class customer to avail their own motorcycle and help them in their daily living. Such promotions include offering low down payment, flexible payment terms and installment of unit with sidecar already to be used as their source of income. Racal will continue these programs as part of our mission to make each Filipino lives more comfortable but in a more practical way.
